ADVANCED RF weatherproof power splitter/combiner model W2SGPS1 is a superior 2-way microstrip Wilkinson power divider circuit covering all Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) frequency bands (GPS, GLONASS, IRNSS, GALILEO, BeiDou, QZSS). Constructed using all RoHS compliant materials and supplied with SMA (f) connectors. This outdoor 2-way splitter is also available with N, TNC, BNC or QMA connector options.
Model W2SGPS1 integrates a DC block and 200Ω internal load on one output port. This unique feature of the splitter may be necessary when powering an antenna through one port and sharing the signal with multiple receivers. Using a splitter which only has DC blocking may cause the receiver to detect a antenna fault. The 200Ω internal load solves this issue and draws the necessary current preventing receiver error. The Wilkinson divider circuit is tuned to maintain a perfect match for RF Tx/Rx signals. Full specs here.
Silicone rubber o-rings and gaskets between all critical mating surfaces ensures power divider/combiner model W2SGPS1 will provide long-term reliable operation in outdoor applications or other environments where ingress protection is required.
All ADVANCED RF weatherproof splitters/combiners can be easily installed in our 1U-5U rack panels - providing flexible configuration options and accomodate future expansion plans in a 19" std EIA rack panel. Alternatively, a non-rack installation of power divider model W2SGPS1 is possible using the provided .16" [4.0 mm] dia thru holes.
Open ports will degrade performance and may cause permanent damage to model W2SGPS1. A well-matched 50Ω coaxial termination/load should be installed on any open port during operation.
